I'm building a creative business alongside technical and creative projects.

Websites and software
Current projects include an operations platform and an artist website. I architect, direct, and verify agent-assisted implementation, with human approval and evidence gates.
Creative and editorial production
The artist website brings technical development into creative work. I keep the artist's identity and unpublished material private.
Business systems and organization
Developing repeatable procedures and validation gates for technical work, with planned, implemented, verified, and externally approved states kept distinct.

Systems and automation
Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, virtualization, networks, and PowerShell. Experience administering client environments and automating repeatable changes.
Security and privacy
Risk assessment and remediation methods, least-privilege access, SIEM triage, and firewall and ACL changes. Plain-language explanations of findings and next steps.
AI-assisted development
Context design, MCP inventory, trust zones, approval boundaries, validation gates, and runbooks. This is ongoing implementation work, not a claim of a previous AI engineering job title.
Technical operations
Escalation handling, root-cause investigation, recovery verification, and usable procedures. Experience coaching Tier 1 staff and supporting users in an SLA-driven queue.

    Principal Information Security Consultant

    Independent privacy and security practice serving small practices.

    • Identified overlooked privacy and security needs, explained requirements, and coordinated technical next steps.
    • Developed assessment and remediation methods spanning privacy risk, security reviews, hardening, and vendor review; translated findings into plain-language documentation.
    • Designed a direct-service model that kept infrastructure and documentation ownership with clients.
  2. October 2024 to June 2025

    All Connected

    Help Desk Engineer

    Managed-service-provider role supporting multi-client, multi-site environments.

    • Administered Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID; automated repeatable changes with PowerShell.
    • Supported Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN storage, and Veeam and Datto backups; verified restores and documented recovery procedures.
    • Served as a senior escalation point, coached Tier 1 staff, and wrote operating procedures and knowledge-base articles.
    • Triaged SIEM and infrastructure alerts, investigated root causes, and managed firewall and ACL changes.
